Petition The Courts of Heaven On Behalf Of Loved Ones and Place It Before The Throne of God

On September 12, 2013,my friends and I received the following message from the Lord, which asks that we Petition His Throne on behalf of our children, family and whoever else we where pleading forgiveness for in the Courts of Heaven.  Below is a copy of my own personal Petition (minus the names, personal details, etc.) that you can use as a guideline.  Whatever it is that they need special forgiveness for or whatever detail needs to be expressed to our Father on the Throne you feel necessary to state, go ahead and state it, don’t be shy.  Remember, this is YOUR PETITION and you can ask and place anything you want or that you feel needs addressed – don’t be shy and remember too, there are no wrong answers or requests!

I also have posted another guideline source you can use that are from Scripture – again, this will help you address whatever you want laid upon the Throne of God to be addressed in the Courts of Heaven.  I hope this helps.

God is not willing that this person (name the person) perish, but that he or she comes to repentance – 2 Peter 3:9.
It is God’s will that he or she (name the person) be saved and comes to a knowledge of truth – 1 Timothy 2:4.
This is the confidence that I have in Him, that if I ask anything according to His will, He hears me. And I know that if He hears me, whatever I ask, I know that I have the petitions that I have asked of Him. I ask for him or her (name the person) to be saved, to come to repentance, and to come to a knowledge of the truth that can set him or her free – 1 John 5:14,15.
If it is a relative: I believe that I and all of my household will be saved – Acts 16:31.
I realize that I am not in a battle with flesh and blood, but I am contending against demonic powers, wicked spirits in the heavenly sphere, who are trying to influence and control the person I am praying for – Ephesians 6:12. Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “I give you authority and power over all the power of the enemy” and so nothing shall in any way harm me.
Whatever I bind on earth is bound in the heavenly realm, and whatever I loose on earth is loosed in the heavenly realm – Matthew 18:18.Binding prayer (2 Corinthians 4:3,4):

Say, “Right now I bind the god of this world (Satan) who has blinded their eyes to the truth of the gospel, and I loose the light of the gospel to shine on them and open their eyes. You spirit operating in the life of my loved one, blinding __(name)___ to the gospel to keep __(name)____ out of the kingdom of God, I bind you now. I belong to the Lord Jesus Christ. I carry His authority and righteousness and in His Name, I command you to desist in your maneuvers. I spoil your house according to the Word of God and I enter into it to deliver my loved one from your hands.”
I pray that the eyes of their understanding would be opened to know the hope of their calling – Ephesians 1:18.
Lord, open their eyes to know You; open their understanding that they can understand the scriptures – Luke 24:31,45.
I pray for laborers to be sent into their path from the Lord of the harvest – Matthew 9:37,38.
I believe that I receive the answers to these scriptural prayers – Mark 11:24.
Lord, You watch over Your Word to perform it – Jeremiah 1:12.
Thank You that Your Word does not return to You void, but it accomplishes what You intend for it to do – Isaiah 55:11. I ask all this, Father God, in the holy name of Jesus. And I cover myself, my household, all my family, extended family, and all loved ones with the blood of Jesus, asking you to bless and strengthen us with your wisdom, Holy Spirit, salvation, and deliverance. Amen.

PETITION AND REQUEST FOR FORGIVENESS AND SALVATION

Oh Lord, please hear my prayer, my Petition to you in the Courts of Heaven. Our time here on earth is very short and You will come just as You have told and Lord, I, [ STATE YOUR NAME ] give you my heart, my spirit, my soul and my life to do with as You will. Lord, forgive me please…forgive me for all of my transgressions, my errors, my words spoken out of hate, jealousy, or meanness; please forgive me for my actions inducing horrific acts against You and Your Word and Your Commandments. I was ignorant in my walk in those days, and I was tempted by the enemy and swayed by the evils of this world. Lord, I have repented of those sins and I repent and ask forgiveness of any sin I have committed. Please forgive me Oh Lord.

I petition you oh Lord now and ask that you forgive me and to grant me all what You have promised; please forgive my children, [INSERT NAMES] for any and all sins they have committed and please grant them You, Your Holy Spirit and everlasting life in Your Kingdom of Heaven and allow their names to be written in the Lambs Book of Life. Right now Lord, in Jesus Name, I bind the god of this world from tempting and seeking my children, [INSERT NAMES] and demand that he cease and desist from any and all activity associated with them; all his schemes, plots and blinders be removed, stopped and withdrawn RIGHT NOW Oh Lord in Jesus Name and right now Lord, I believe thru Your Blood Covering they will be protected from the darts of the enemy and will be saved by Your Overpowering Glory, Mercy and Grace and ALL CONSUMING LOVE FOR US.

[HERE – TYPE WHAT AFFLICTIONS/CURSES/STRONGHOLDS ARE UPON THOSE YOU PETITIONING FOR HAVE UPON THEM THAT YOU ARE ASKING THE LORD TO REMOVE]; and now in the Name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, I bind that curse from them and through the authority given to me by my Lord Jesus, I rebuke any curses and order that they cease and desist right now, that they no longer be, and I spoil the house of the enemy right now according to the Word of God and I enter into it to deliver the lives of my loved ones from the hands of the evil one, the enemy’s hands, so they, my children, may now enter into Your House Lord, in Jesus’ Name!

[THIS NEXT PART IS WHAT I PRAYED ON BEHALF OF MY SIBLINGS] Oh Lord, I pray for my brothers and sisters right now and petition You to grant them forgiveness and to show mercy upon their souls. You have blessed my family with sweet, kind hearts and all their children and their children…thank you for the kindness of this family. Many of them have been blinded to the Truth, Your Truth and have turned to hear the enemy’s liberal truth but they are lies and that they believe much of what the world does but Lord, you have had mercy on me and have showed Your Truth, the Heavenly Truth and Word and I thank you Oh Merciful God and now, I ask that you show my family YOU; that You remove the enemy’s lies from their ears and memory and that you grant them Your Gift of Open Ears and Eyes that Your Holy Spirit will then be placed within them and allowing them all to see and hear with Spiritual eyes and ears and then they too will know You. Please Lord, grant this Petition from my heart and remove my family from any false belief placed before them in this world that was announced by the god of this world, Satan; save them Oh Lord, forgive them Oh Lord and protect them Oh Lord under your mighty safe wings.

Oh My Glorious, Most Loving, Beautiful Creator – please grant forgiveness to us all, the Johnson Family as we were taught goodness, kindness and a loving home from our mother Mary, who loved you Oh Lord…she loved and feared you and was the ultimate mother to us all. Her heart was pure Lord, a gift from You Lord and I ask forgiveness for any and all sins that the enemy brought before the Courts of Heaven to accuse her with. He sent wolves in sheep’s clothing into her life that showed her kindness and friendship when she was lonely and the enemy came in the front door always disguising himself as a person of light. Since my mother Oh Lord knew no hatred or unkindness, she unknowingly let them in. Please Oh Lord, forgive her for reading any words that were not Your Words, she did not know. (Personal note – my mother started studying with the Jehovah Witnesses before she died but I think it was because they came to the house and she was happy to have weekly “friends” over to chat with. I asked the Lord to forgive her ignorance in these studies.)

Please, oh please Lord, forgive my earthly father Charles for he was ignorant in his knowledge and walk with You. Only you Lord know and knew his heart and his love for his family and wife were known. I ask you Lord to remove any chains that may be upon his soul and I bind in Jesus Name any deceitful spirit that daunted and blinded the eyes of him causing him to stumble and fall and right now, I rebuke any and all spirits that followed myself or my siblings into our homes after his death. I take authority of them – demanding they cease and desist all evil, satanic or dark activities committed to and towards the Johnson family. Thank you Oh Merciful God, thank you for allowing my earthly life to be with two loving parents who gave me and my siblings a wonderful life, thank you!

Lord, I, [INSERT YOUR NAME], petition that the Courts in Heaven through my Precious Lord Jesus Christ, grant my request, my prayers and I ask forgiveness for not only all my sins, but forgiveness for [HERE IS LISTED EACH MEMBER OF MY FAMILY, THEIR CHILDREN AND WHATEVER STRONGHOLD/BLINDNESS WAS UPON THEM – I ASKED FORGIVENESS FOR ON THEIR BEHALF]; Lord, I ask for a special blessing for my brother [INSERT NAME SPECIAL BLESSING] as he has waited for your Glorious Appearing many years; please forgive [ ] for following an agent of the enemy’s and reading words that were changed and added to Your Own Bible. [ ] has a pure heart, so good, and he is like a little child so Lord, I ask for a special blessing for [ ] in the Courts of Heaven, please allow him to know You Now! Please let him see and hear now so he is awake and prepared for what is about to happen. [I ADDED HIS CHILDREN AND ASKED FORGIVENESS KNEELING BEFORE THE THRONE OF THE FATHER FOR THEIR IGNORANCE OF THE LORD’S WAYS DUE TO THE WAY THEY WERE RAISED]

I humbly ask my Father to allow my Petition to be granted, please allow all the people that have done ill or evil to me, may they be blessed and forgiven, along with them that have showed mercy and kindness. May my request in Jesus Name be received with mercy and grace into the Courts of Heaven covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ and through Him, my I be blessed with acceptance and granted this Petition for Forgiveness and Salvation.

Thank You Oh Lord – In Jesus Name I Pray and Give My Request!
[INSERT YOUR NAME]

How Do I Know What I Know? I Followed The Breadcrumbs To The Heart of God

When I first started this blog and the videos, I honestly had no idea I would be doing it this long.  I thought maybe a few weeks, maybe 2 months tops, but never did I think I would be here this long.  When I first started, I also stated time and time again in the videos that this blog and the videos were not for everyone – they were for specific people and when they viewed the videos or read the blog, they would know immediately who it was that had sent them here!

I knew too I was speaking to a select group of Believers who for whatever reason, was looking for or needed to know something…something only Jesus knew and that whatever is was, would be spoken about again either here or in one of the videos.  Jesus had said the “Breadcrumbs” laid out for them was to lead those Believer’s to where He led them in order for them to receive that final “UMPH” they needed to get over that last hump, that last mountain peak they kept sliding down from or had in the past, failed to climb over.  I don’t know what that is or was, nor do I know who it is, was or still is talking about, but I know that many have had those questions or obstacles answered and they found whatever it was He had them searching for.

I am just a normal, regular person, a single mother who borne 3 children and who after losing my middle child at the age of 16 in a car accident in 2005, searched and literally ran after the Heart of God.  You see, I thought I knew Him.  I thought I had my Hedge of Protection up high and in my ignorance, I thought what I had done in the past and was still doing then, was enough to keep that hedge unbreakable and strong…I was wrong.  I was wrong in so many ways but did not know this until it was too late.  It took the passing of my beautiful son Trey for me to really know God’s Heart, His Ways, His Love, His Patience, His Kingdom, His Word and His Son.  I would always tell people this, “God loved me soooo much, that He took my son to give me His!” This is true.  I had known Him my entire life or so I thought I did but really, I did not know HIM at all.

My journey led me many places and I watched more videos, read more articles and listened to more Pastor’s sermons than I can count as I was always searching for The Truth.  After awhile, I started to recognize the clues He was leaving me and the Heavenly Breadcrumbs He laid out right in front of me to follow.  If I had not listened to my Spirit, God’s Holy Spirit inside of me, I cringe to think where my feet might have landed but somehow I knew it was Him that was guiding each click of my mouse, each search I typed on my keyboard and screen and when I finally landed in the exact place at the exact time He led me to be, I knew – I knew that I knew that I knew.  I knew I found Him and I had not a doubt in my Spirit, that Jesus Himself not only played this out, but that it was now He Himself that was teaching what I was soon to learn.  I was not alone as there were in total approximately 200 to 300 others from all around the world, just like me and just like you, who had too followed the Heavenly Breadcrumbs landings us all next to each other in this one place.  It’s so surreal even now how it all began and it’s even more surreal looking back seeing just what it was we have been taught and by Whom.  We all knew immediately, immediately what we were being shown and all of us were in complete awe and overwhelmed knowing we had been brought together to be given a teaching that had never been taught.

I don’t know why He chose who He chose – I don’t know why I was allowed such a Gift but I was and I will not be made to feel bad or left torn in half in guilt others of this world want to make me feel because they do not understand it or because they themselves did not “get it”.  The common denominator between this very humble group of Christians was 1) almost all had gone through horrific trials and traumas in their life, and 2) all had ran after and searched daily for the True Heart of God.  That is it, this is the common factor I found and this is what allowed us to be privy to the Divine Heavenly Teaching we received the past 17 months.  We were taught what Jesus said He would open in the last days, the end of days spoken about in Daniel and in Revelations – the Sealed Words and Mysteries of the latter times.  At first we had no clear understanding of what we were being shown, we didn’t but after a few months, we knew without-a-shadow-of-a-doubt just what it was we were being given and just WHO exactly was teaching us!

I know this is hard for people to believe or understand but why?  He is doing exactly what He said He would do, is He not?  Every bit of teaching was backed by Scripture multiple times and multiple verses that confirmed each to the other.  He made us read, look, search, pray constantly for Divine Understanding, Divine Wisdom, Divine Sight and Hearing and He truly made us search out His Word in the Bible day after day, constantly and lovingly saying, “It’s all there, hidden in plain sight.  I’m about to do something in your day that you would not believe even if you were told!” It was not until these past few weeks/months, that all the teaching has come together, allowing us to fit each piece of the puzzle into place where it now reads like a book, well almost.  There are just a few pieces missing but we know what they are – we just don’t know when they will be placed into the final picture that is almost complete.  There came a time however, that the Lord repeated over and over that we needed to share what we had been given – we needed to teach to others what we had been taught…that we needed to leave our “Tools” for all those that are His now and for those that will be left here after we are gone.

This is how I know what I know.  This is why I speak confidently on the subjects I speak about.  You can believe me or not, that is totally up to you but please don’t let your flesh override your Spirit – be led by your Spirit, God’s Holy Spirit because if you allow your flesh to lead you, then reasons of unbelief in what I have said will be caused from and due to the enemy who whispers in your ear – as he is the god of this world who easily tempts the flesh in to believing or not believing God’s Word and Teaching.  He is the great manipulator and would like nothing more than to keep the Children of the Lord from knowing these Heavenly Teachings and Mysteries of the End.  Let God’s Holy Spirit be your Guide, believe Him and not your flesh.  Many do not want to believe this because they were not allowed or called to hear it which is a fleshly reason, not spiritual.  Again, I don’t know why He allowed me this Great Gift and the others that I walked with on this wonderful journey but, I am so humbled and blessed to have been a part of it.  I do know one thing – that all who were brought to “The Barn”, were also given our own special “UMPH” that the Lord knew we needed, which ultimately allowed each of us to grow and obtain the level of understanding in our own walk that He needed us to reach and/or to be standing in.  It’s always His Will and His Way, always.

Thank you Lord Jesus for allowing me to be a Sparrow and thank you for trusting me to share with others what you have shared with Your Sparrows.

*Many will not see or hear with clear eyes and ears and they will refuse to move from the spot in which they have stood for so long.  They will not see what the Lord Himself is showing us, telling us and wanting known to us for this time even if He is doing just as He promised He would.  I am sharing what has been released as this is the generation it has been kept for.  If you don’t believe what I say, it is okay, I understand and I pray that Jesus will open your Spirit for discernment as I have no reason to do what I’m doing other than to be obedient to what the Lord has asked.  If this offends people, I’m sorry as that is not the intent, just the Truth.*

Jesus 1 (Erin)

More Videos Re: 3 Days of Darkness, Patterns of Earthquake And The Early Arrival of The Bride

Well, it took me long enough to post these videos!  I apologize ahead of time if they are out-of-sequence or repetitive in areas but I recorded these on March 5th or 6th and by time I finished editing them (very poorly might I add), I couldn’t remember which was first, second or last!

My heart has been very heavy these past few weeks and I have been under extreme spiritual attack, along with 3 painful dog attacks.  I stay up late the majority of the time so I can finish reading and earning whatever I’m trying to share and I guess my body was getting a little rundown.  A few nights ago I slept wrong and woke up, not able to move my neck…finding a comfortable sitting position was almost impossible as was me trying to look down onto my computer screen to type.  I have titanium plates and screws all up and down my back and neck, even a cage was placed in my lower back area so when I sleep in a non-upright position, I will pinch a nerve in my neck leading down to my shoulder blade area and the pain makes it hard to function in a normal everyday way.  It will pass in a couple of days but until then, I’m doing only what I have to do.  What a time for this two occur because there is so much going on in the world and I believe, so much more to come.  We are in a great season and I personally believe that March and April will be the time to watch – maybe even a time for the Watchers to finally ring their warning bells!

For anyone of my friends who has emailed me and are yet to receive my response, I apologize sincerely and I will try to work on that tomorrow but please know, it is not intentional and I am not ignoring them – I just haven’t been able to sit comfortably in any chair to read or type but please know that I will reply as soon as I can.

This paper was written in order for me to have a calendar of all the events recorded in the Torah, Prophets, Writings, and Nazarean Codicil, for every day of the year. From this calendar many amazing events and relationships were exposed.

The many events of Passover, for example, included the Pesach celebrated by Avraham, 400 years before the giving of the Torah!

That both Temples were started on the same day, and destroyed on the same day.

And many more …

V. Passover Events (SEE ORIGINAL WEBSITE LINK ABOVE FOR COMPLETE ARTICLE POST)

Because Nisan 15 is appointed time as a day for redemption, we ought to be able to see other Torah events which have the same themes as the redemption from Egypt. Any event which mimics these themes can be identified as occurring on Nisan 15. Let’s examine a couple of the more obvious events which took place on Nisan 15:

EVENT

DELIVERED FROM:

SCRIPTURE

Abram leaves Ur The exile in Ur Bereshit (Genesis) 15:6-16
Abram goes to Egypt Egyptian bondage and exile Bereshit (Genesis) 12:10 – 13:4

Yeshua is born and is bound Gentiles delivered from death Marqos (Mark) 15:37-42

In the Haggada we read of the following Passover events:

Of old, You performed many miracles by night. At the beginning of the first watch of this night.

To the righteous convert (Abraham) You gave victory when there was divided for him the night.

You judged the king of Gerar (Abimelech with death) in a dream by night.

You frightened the Aramean (Laban) in the dark of night.

Israel (Jacob) fought with an angel and overcame him by night.

The first-born children of the Egyptians You crushed at midnight.

They did not find their host when they arose at night.

You swept away the army of the prince of Charoshes (Sisera) with the stars of night.

The blasphemer (Senacherib) had planned to raise his hand against Jerusalem; You laid low his dead by night.

The idol Bel was overthrown, with its pedestal, in the darkness of the night.

To Daniel, in whom You delighted, the secret vision was revealed at night.

He who caroused from the holy vessels (Belshazzar) was slain on that same night.

From the lions’ den was rescued he who interpreted the meaning of the terrors of the night.

Haman bore hatred in his heart and wrote proscriptions at night.

You began Your triumph over him when You disturbed the sleep of his king at night.

You will tread the wine-press to help those who ask the watchman, ‘Ah, when will there be an end to the long night?’

He will exclaim, like a watchman and say” ‘Morning will come after this night.’

Bring near the day (with the coming of Mashiach), that is neither day nor night.

Show, Most High, that Yours is the day as well as the night.

Appoint watchmen to Your city (Jerusalem) by day and by night.

Illumine as with the light of day, the darkness of the night.

The following is said on the second night of Passover. On the first night, skip the next passages.

You displayed wondrously Your mighty powers on Passover.

Above all festivals You elevated Passover.

To the Oriental (Abraham) You revealed the future midnight of Passover.

At his door You knocked in the heat of the day on Passover.

He satiated the angels with matza-cakes on Passover.

And he ran to the herd, symbolic of the sacrificial beast of Passover.

The Sodomites provoked (God) and were destroyed by fire on Passover.

Lot was withdrawn from them, he had baked matzoth at the time of            Passover.

You swept clean the soil of Moph and Noph (Egypt) when You passed through on Passover.

God, You crushed every firstborn of On (In Egypt) on the watchful night of Passover.

But Master, Your own firstborn, You skipped by merit of the blood of Passover.

Not to allow the Destroyer to enter my doors on Passover.

The beleaguered (Jericho) was besieged on Passover.

Midian was destroyed with a barley cake from the Omer of Passover.

The princes of Pul and Lud (Assyria) were consumed in a great conflagration on Passover.

He (Senacherib) would have stood that day at Nob, but for the advent of Passover.

hand inscribed the destruction of Zul (Babylon) on Passover.

As the watch was set, and the royal table decked on Passover.

Hadassah (Esthergathered her people for a three day fast on Passover.

You caused the head of the evil clan (Haman) to be hanged on a fifty-cubit gallows on     Passover.

Doubly, will You bring in an instant upon Utsis (Edom) on Passover.

Let Your hand be strong, and Your right arm exalted as on the night when You hallowed the festival of Passover.

The Bereshit (Genesis) Passover

Chazal[31] indicate that Passover is celebrated because Nisan 15 was designated from the creation of the world, as a time for redemption. The events of Exodus occurred on Nisan 15 because that was THE time for suchevents. Since the energy of Nisan 15 recurs each year, then each year we should see similar events. The best way to visualize this is to see redemptive / exile events prior to the exodus. Let’s start by looking at a ‘Passover’event in Genesis, nearly 2500 years before the exodus!

Bereshit (Genesis) 18:1-10 HaShem appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. Abraham looked up and saw three menstanding nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground. He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord, do not pass your servant by. Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree. Let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your way–now that you have come to your servant.” “Very well,” they answered, “do as you say.” So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah. “Quick,” he said, “get three se’ahs of fine flour and knead it and bake some bread.” Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it. He then brought some curds and milk and the calf that had been prepared, and set these before them. While they ate, he stood near them under a tree. “Where is your wife Sarah?” they asked him. “There, in the tent,” he said. Then HaShem said, “I will surely return to you about this timenext year, and Sarah your wife will have a son.” Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him.

The only kind of bread that you can make quickly is matza (unleavened bread). That same day the angels saw Lot:

Here we have an apparent Passover because of the

1. Unleavened bread.

2. The haste.

3. The leaving of Sodom (redemption).

4. Bereshit (Genesis) 18:14 contains the Hebrew word, moed, which means an appointment. This is the Hebrew word that also is translated “festival”. All of HaShem’s festivals are called moedim.

The Midrash agrees with this assessment:

Midrash Rabbah – Shemot (Exodus) XV:12 AND THEY SHALL TAKE OF THE BLOOD, AND PUT IT ON THE TWO SIDE-POSTS (XII, 7): So that I may pass over you and protect you.’ Take care that it be eaten that night, for it says: AND THEY SHALL EAT THE FLESH IN THAT NIGHT, ROAST WITH FIRE (XII, 8); ‘this is for the sake of Abraham whom I saved from the fiery furnace. ANDUNLEAVENED BREAD (ib.)-in honor of Sarah who prepared cakes for the angels, though they did not taste bread.[32] WITH BITTER HERBS (ib.)[33] in honor of Jacob; for just as his sons were persecuted in Egypt, so did Esau persecute him. AND YE SHALL LET NOTHING OF IT REMAIN UNTIL THE MORNING (XII, 10). ‘Just as I will not leave one soul alive of the firstborn in Egypt, So YE SHALL LET NOTHING OF IT REMAIN UNTIL THE MORNING.

As an aside: Why was HaShem visiting Abraham? If you look at the paragraph which precedes chapter 18, you will notice that Abraham has just circumcised himself and his household. The third day after his circumcision is the most painful day. Therefore, HaShem was visiting His friend, Abraham, who was sick. This is bikur cholim, visiting the sick!

At any rate, Lot was celebrating a Passover feast and he served his angelic guests, matza. Now, the Sages also link this Passover seder with the Purim Seudah.[34] They see that the same word used for the feast (Mishteh) that Lot had with the angels is also used in connection with the Purim Seudah:

Bereshit (Genesis) 19:3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.

This feast this Mishteh that Lot served is also the feast, the Mishteh, that constituted the Purim Seudah:

Esther 8:17 And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king’s commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them.

Esther 9:17 On the thirteenth day of the month Adar; and on the fourteenth day of the same rested they, and made it a day of feasting and gladness.

Esther 9:18 But the Jews that [were] at Shushan assembled together on the thirteenth [day] thereof, and on the fourteenth thereof; and on the fifteenth [day] of the same they rested, and made it a day of feasting and gladness.

Esther 9:19 Therefore the Jews of the villages, that dwelt in the unwalled towns, made the fourteenth day of the month Adar [a day of] gladness and feasting, and a good day, and of sending portions one to another.

Esther 9:22 As the days wherein the Jews rested from their enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make them days of feasting and joy, and of sending portions one to another, and gifts to the poor.

In Talmudic literature, the word Mishteh is ONLY used in connection with the Passover seder and the Purim Seudah (meal). The Sages, therefore teach that this Passover seder was also a Purim Seudah! This was a combination feast that took place on Passover!

Now let’s see what two of those same angels did, on that same day, for Lot:

Bereshit (Genesis) 19:1-3 The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. “My lords,” he said, “please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.” “No,” they answered, “we will spend the night in the square.” But he insisted so strongly that they did go with him and entered his house. He prepared a meal for them, baking bread without yeast, and they ate.

The sages understood that Isaac was born on Passover. Take a look again at Bereshit (Genesis) 18:14, which is where we are told that Isaac will be born on the festival which Abraham was now celebrating. This began thefour hundred years spoken about in:

Bereshit (Genesis) 15:12-14 As the sun was setting, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a thick and dreadful darkness came over him. Then HaShem said to him, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own, and they will be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years. But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions.

The Talmud confirms this:

Rosh HaShana 10b It has been taught: R. Eliezer says: In Tishri the world was created; in Tishri the Patriarchs[35] were born; in Tishri the Patriarchs died; on Passover Isaac was born; on New Year Sarah, Rachel, and Hannah were visited;[36] on New Year Joseph went forth from prison

Rosh HaShana 11a Whence do we know that Isaac was born on Passover? — Because it is written, On the [next] festival I will return unto thee.[37] Now when was he [the angelspeaking?[38] Shall I say [he was speaking] on Passover and referring to Pentecost? Could she bear in fifty days?[39] Shall I say then that [he was speaking on] Pentecost and was referring to Tishri? Even in five months could she bear? I must suppose then that he was speaking on Tabernacles and referring to Passover.[40] Even so, could she bear in six months? — It has been taught that that year was a leap year. All the same, if the Master deducts the days of uncleanness,[41] the time is too short? — Mar Zutra replied: Even those who hold that when a woman bears at nine months she does not give birth before the month is complete[42] admit that if she bears at seven months she can give birth before the month is complete, as it says, And it came to pass after the cycle of days;[43] the minimum of cycles is two, and the minimum of days is two.

Hopefully we can now appreciate that Nisan 15, for all times) is a time for redemptionexile, miracles, and matza!

The Egyptian Passover:

Egypt, in Hebrew, Mitzrayim, literally means a

“Place of Narrowness.”

The Torah’s name for Egypt is Mitzrayim, and this name does not just refer to a geographical location. The root letters of this Hebrew name spell metzar, a word which means “confinement or distress”.

To be in “Mitzrayim” is to be in a place of confinement or distress —physical and/or spiritual.

With this in mind, let’s examine the Passover that took place in the days of Moses:

Shemot (Exodus) 12:1-14 HaShem said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, “This month is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year. Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household. If any household is too small for a whole lamb, they must share one with their nearest neighbor, having taken into account the number of people there are. You are to determine the amount of lamb needed in accordance with what each person will eat. The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect, and you may take them from the sheep or the goats. Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the people of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs. That same night they are to eat the meat roasted over the fire, along with bitter herbs, and bread made without yeast. Do not eat the meat raw or cooked in water, but roast it over the fireheadlegs and inner parts. Do not leave any of it till morning; if some is left till morning, you must burn it. This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet and your staff in your handEat it in haste; it is HaShem’s Passover. “On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn–both men and animals–and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am HaShem. The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt. “This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to HaShem–a lasting ordinance.

“This month shall be the beginning of months” is the first commandment given to the entire nation of Israel. To obey this commandment requires that you understand when a month begins and when the year begins. The written Torah never answers these questions. The Talmud does address this issue. Unless Israel has the authority to declare the new moons, the Rosh Chodeshim, then they would not have the ability to carry out thiscommand. Unless this command is carried out, there would be no festivals.

According to this next passage, Israel entered Egypt on Passover:

Shemot (Exodus) 12:40-42 Now the length of time the Israelite people lived in Egypt was 430 years. At the end of the 430 years, to the very day, all HaShem’s divisions left Egypt. Because HaShem kept vigil that night to bring them out of Egypt, on this night all the Israelites are to keep vigil to honor HaShem for the generations to come.

Notice who came out of Egypt:

Shemot (Exodus) 12:31-38 During the night Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, “Up! Leave my people, you and the Israelites! Go, worship HaShem as you have requested. Take your flocks and herds, as you have said, and go. And also bless me.” The Egyptians urged the people to hurry and leave the country. “For otherwise,” they said, “we will all die!” So the people took their dough before the yeast was added, and carried it on their shoulders in kneading troughs wrapped in clothing. The Israelites did as Moses instructed and asked the Egyptians for articles of silver and gold and for clothing. HaShem had made the Egyptians favorably disposed toward the people, and they gave them what they asked for; so they plundered the Egyptians. The Israelites journeyed fromRamses to Succoth. There were about six hundred thousand men on foot, besides women and children. Many other people went up with them, as well as large droves of livestock, both flocks and herds.

So, not only Israelites, but Gentiles as well! This is significant because these were the same folks who stood at the foot of Mount Sinai and received the Torah (instruction or law). As an aside, of the 600,000 men who came out of Egypt, only two men (besides the Levites) entered the promised land: one Israelite: Yehoshua (Joshua) the Ephramite, and one who was a descendant of a Gentile convert: Caleb the son of Jephuneh, the Kenizzite. Please recall that the Kenizzites are one of the peoples who’s land is promised to Abraham in the covenant between the parts.

Two of the first things that HaShem tells Moshe when sending him to take the Jews out of Egypt are that He is rescuing them so as to bring them to Israel[44] and that on their way out of Egypt, Moshe Should take them to Har Sinai.[45] Perhaps more than any other holiday, Passover, as presented in Tanakh, represents a major change in the Jewish people and their relationship to HaShem and the land of Israel. We read of Passover celebrations during the times of Yehoshua (Joshua), Samuel, Hezekiah, Josiah, and Zerubavel. In each case, the celebration came along with “major changes”.

Here is another story which is very much like the story of Moses and the Egyptian Passover:

Shoftim (Judges) 6:11-22 The angel of HaShem came and sat down under the oak in Ophrah that belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, where his son Gideon was threshing wheat in a winepress to keep it from the Midianites. When the angel of HaShem appeared to Gideon, he said, “HaShem is with you, mighty warrior.” “But sir,” Gideon replied, “if HaShem is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our fathers told us about when they said, ‘Did not HaShem bring us up out of Egypt?’ But now HaShem has abandoned us and put us into the hand of Midian.” HaShem turned to him and said, “Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian’s hand. Am I not sending you?” “But Lord,” Gideon asked, “how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.” HaShem answered, “I will be with you, and you will strike down all the Midianites together.” Gideon replied, “If now I have found favor in your eyes, give me a sign that it is really you talking to me. Please do not go away until I come back and bring my offering and set it before you.” And HaShem said, “I will wait until you return.” Gideon went in, prepared a young goat, and from an ephah of flour he made bread without yeast. Putting the meat in a basket and its broth in a pot, he brought them out and offered them to him under the oak. Theangel of God said to him, “Take the meat and the unleavened bread, place them on this rock, and pour out the broth.” And Gideon did so. With the tip of the staff that was in his hand, the angel of HaShem touched the meat and the unleavened breadFire flared from the rock, consuming the meat and the bread. And the angel of HaShem disappeared. When Gideon realized that it was the angel of HaShem, he exclaimed, “Ah, Sovereign HaShem! I have seen the angel of HaShem face to face!”

Here we see Gideon able to stand up to an angel and demand to know where his signs and wonders are. Throughout the Tanakh,[46] when a man encountered an angel, he would fall on his face like a dead man. How did Gideon generate the strength to talk to an angel like this? The Sages teach us that it was the first day of Passover and Gideon’s father had just inspired him at the seder table. Thus Gideon was imbued with the spiritualstrength to stand up to the angel.

* * *

Bereshit (Genesis) 15:9-16 So HaShem said to him, “Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon.” Abram brought all these to him, cut them in twoand arranged the halves opposite each other; the birds, however, he did not cut in half. Then birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away. As the sun was setting, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a thick and dreadful darkness came over him. Then HaShem said to him, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own, and they will be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years. But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions. You, however, will go to your fathers in peace and be buried at a good old age. In the fourth generation your descendants will come back here, for the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure.”

This word “generation“ means:

1755 dowr, dore; or (short.) dor, dore; from 1752; prop. a revolution of time, i.e. an age or generation; also a dwelling:-age, X evermore, generation, [n-] ever, posterity.

So, we can see that HaShem is using this ambiguous Hebrew word to not only indicate a generation, but, also to indicate the fourth millennium (a cycle) after Abram which would put us at the beginning of the seventhmillennium – The millennium ruled by Yeshua!

Yehoshua (Joshua) 5:10-12 On the evening of the fourteenth day of the month, while camped at Gilgal on the plains of Jerichothe Israelites celebrated the PassoverThe day after the Passover, that very day, they ate some of the produce of the land: unleavened bread and roasted grain. The manna stopped the day after they ate this food from the land; there was no longer any manna for the Israelites, but that year they ate of the produce of Canaan.

The bread from heaven stopped the day after Passover… hmmm…

In the time of Yehoshua (Joshua), Passover was the time when the generation born in the desert finally got circumcised[50] bringing them into the covenant with HaShem. Passover also coincided with the end, of the manna[51]. Many people think that the point of the manna stopping was for the Jews to learn how to eat “the hard way” by planting and growing their own food. However, we are told explicitly[52] that the food of Israel which the Jews ate following the end of the manna was spoon fed to them by HaShem. What made it different than the manna was not that it was the result of hard labor by the Jews. Rather, it represented the Jews’ attachment to the land of Israel. We see that at the time of Passover, in the days of Yehoshua (Joshua), the Jews became full-fledged members of The People of Israel by being circumcised, and they also went from being nomads in the desert to settling Israel, which was expressed by their need to eat Israel’s food.
